Working with Dymaxion is a guided, week-by-week collaboration with your personal designer.
Week 1
Upon purchasing a project, you will complete a project questionnaire to capture your needs, style, budget, and requirements. You'll also use our 3D tool to upload photos and measurements of your space. In the meantime, our designer will schedule an introductory call to discuss your project in detail. We recommend to fill out the questionnaire before meeting the designer, so our designer can make the best preparation.
Week 2
You'll review and select your favorite design concepts presented by our designer. This stage is crucial for us to gather your feedback and address any questions or concerns you might have.
Week 3
Based on your input, we'll refine and finalize the design proposal. You'll have the flexibility to communicate with your designer asynchronously to perfect the details, with additional calls available for Elite design customers as per their preference.
Week 4
Your designer will then take your feedback and create a final concept. The layout and rendering will show a representation of the items in your space, so you can visualize how it will look when complete! Enjoy a stress-free, top-notch service experience with us. Rest assured, your payment is only released once you are fully satisfied and approve the completed work.
